ABCS-2000 series control system for connecting new energy to grid

        This system is applicable to the box-type booster transformer of new energy stations (wind or photovoltaic power generation) within Indirect Grounding System or Low Resistance Grounding System of or below 35 KV, with functions of smart protection, measurement and control, power quality online monitoring and communication control. The system has functions of protection (three-stage compound voltage lockout overcurrent protection, 2-stage negative current protection, two-stage zero sequence over current protection for, low voltage protection, over voltage protection, non-electric quantity protection ), measurement and control, power quality monitoring, electric energy metering, and ring switching functions, and is suitable for panel installation. This system establishes communication between dispatching master station and renewable energy master stations (wind or photovoltaic stations). It uploads data on remote communication, telemetry, electrical degree, and power quality to dispatching master stations, and receives remote control and remote dispatching orders from master stations, in the mean time, it forwards remote control and start/stop orders to the inverter controller/wind generator in the stations, and receives related remote signals sent from photovoltaic inverter controller/wind generator. Depending on actual communication conditions, the communication between the master stations and the grid connection control system of distributed photovoltaic power generation stations could be realized by optical communication, adopting IEC60870-5-104 or other communication protocol.
