Application Case: end user smart energy management and control system
Project Name: substation upgrade and energy management construction for Xuzhou Iron Mining Corporation
Project cycle: November 2013 -June 2014.
Project background: There are 5 6kV underground substations at Jiangsu Xuzhou Iron Mining Corporation: respectively the Zhenbei Iron Mine -170M level, -210M level and -410M level substations, and the Wuzhuang Iron Mine -430M level, and -480M level substations.
According to the requirements of the company, in order to enhance the reliability of power supply, and to ensure orderly power supply for mining production, sharing of the information among substations will be realized; management of the substations will be strengthened; power dispatching will be unified; all the real-time data of the substations will be uploaded in unified manner, central control center of the whole mining enterprise will be established to achieve the “four remote” functions for the affiliated substations and to provide effective support for the unified management of the whole mining enterprise.
Project scope: The project is part of the automation transformation of Internet of things of Xuzhou Iron Mine Group. The automation of Internet of things includes comprehensive automation platform, pumping station automation platform, electric power automation platform and electric energy management. Our company undertakes the construction of electric power automation platform and electric energy management.
Project Results:
1).Wu Zhuang Mine – 430M substation is upgraded by replacing the Zhuhai Sichuang ST200 series device which has no communication function with the ADVP-400E series device of our company. The - 480 M substation with LV motor is equipped with the PDA - 103 DP three phase smart meters. Interface is developed for the Nanjing Zhipeng MPW-600 series device to be connected with system at Zhenbei mine - 210 M and - 410 M substations; data of the - 170 M substation is uploaded to system by Regulation 104 of Nanjing Lingyi communication management device.
2).Agent Devote PDA - 103 DP smart meters are installed in all important positions of the mining enterprise; meters without communication function on the electric cabinets at Zhenbei Mine -210M and -410M substations are replaced with PDA-103DP.
3).the construction of two sets of centralized control center comprehensive automation system; (adopting ADVPS6000 integrated platform);
4).the construction of two sets of electric energy management system (using ADVPS6000 integrated platform);
